Catch Up

In May I was at the Grand Junction Agility trials in Grand Junction, CO. Saturday it rained like crazy and I decided not to subject my camera to the pouring rain. Sunday was a lovely day and we got some great shots.

One of the things I like the most is watching the dogs styles while doing the weave poles. Some are two footed. Some alternate feet. Some jump and some walk. Some bounce and some get so excited they take two at a time. It is really fun to watch.

I have been a long time away! Actually, not away as much as busy but thought it time to post some of what I have been doing. It has been a lot of fun following the show career of "Stinger" CH. Mardi Gras Strut The Stage. He is a lovely dog owned by Rosemary Logrie and is having a great spring/summer gobbling up the group points at the shows.
I have been privileged to be his photographer! This was shot in Garden City, Kansas this past spring.

Also in Garden City were the agility trials. I always love to go to these trials. This wonderful Bearded Collie is such fun to watch with all the flowing hair. It was cold in Garden City this year so, we all bundled up under the heaters in little packs to stay warm while watching the trials.

Tid Bits

As Mother's Day is upon us I think of Grandchildren and how happy I am to have them! SO, I thought I would feature them in my latest pics of life on the "farm"! Well, there is also a bit of our version of "FancyNancy"

Will it ever be spring? Really?

Here it is almost May Day and it is cold and windy and wet. I did manage to get out and grab a few spring pictures of the corgis in the garden. Hopefully, it gets it unsettled rainy stuff out of its system and we have a glorious weekend of May 14 and 15 for the Grand Junction Agility Trials. It is usually a beautiful place to get great outdoor shots. My favorites!
